In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them here unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

In cases of confirmed fraud or breach, balances may be forfeited in full.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which vip78 holds its operating licence.
